Raw Roots Farm grows over 100 varietals of produce over the year including greens, roots, herbs, strawberries, melons, peppers, eggplant, potatoes, winter squashes, beans, tomatoes, cucumbers, summer squash, garlic and more! Shasky Farms is located in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley. The fifth generation is farming almonds, walnuts (English & Red) plus a variety of stone fruits, citrus and blueberries. Our farm is split by the meandering Mariposa Creek (fed by the snowfall from Yosemite Valley), and bordered on the East by the golden foothills of the Sierras.
FAT cattle
Grass Fed and Finished Lowline Angus Beef offered by F.A.T. Cattle. This beef is bred, born, and raised on site. The beef graze on native grasses and are spring watered.
The ranch employs humane and sustainable management practices without the use of hormones or antibiotics.
They also offer tallow based skin and body care products made from their beef tallow.
WildFlour
WildFlour is a home based micro bakery here in the mountains of Mariposa. We bake sourdough breads using organic flour and ancestral long fermentation methods that bake up the most nutrient dense and delicious breads.
